These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kakupix mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Kakupix. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@kakupix.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
User content
You retain ownership of the photos and videos you post ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Kakupix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the App. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to reasonable backup retention.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Kakupix to post or share: • Nudity, sexually explicit content, or content that sexualizes minors. • Illegal content, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity. • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or incitement to violence. • Spam, scams, malware, or attempts to disrupt the App. • Content you don't have the right to share, including content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights. Kakupix is a live-capture app: do not attempt to circumvent the camera-only requirement.
Moderation and termination
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to users or to Kakupix. You may delete your account at any time from the App or via /delete-account.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kakupix and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the App.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of [YOUR COUNTRY].
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
